Please Do Not Use the Product: We regret to inform you that we cannot accept complaints regarding used products. Report Promptly: Kindly contact our support team at service@sexsexdoll.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, providing detailed photos of the issue.
Swift Resolution: Our dedicated team will conduct a thorough investigation and promptly respond. In most instances, we will dispatch replacement parts for any broken or missing components in your order.
Returns & Refunds: We take pride in crafting each product with personalized care, tailored specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we regret to inform you that returns or refunds cannot be accommodated. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Order Cancellations: Although returns are typically not accepted, you have the option to cancel your custom sex doll order within 24 hours of placement.
Cancellation Procedure: Please send an email to service@sexsexdoll.com containing your order number, email address, and full name within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellation Fee: A 20% fee will be charged for cancellations, as manufacturing usually commences shortly after order placement. We provide an 80% refund within this 24-hour period. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be processed beyond 24 hours. Please Note: Immediate shipment of in-stock dolls and sex toys precludes the possibility of a 24-hour cancellation period for these products.
Doll Modifications After Order Placement: We strongly encourage you to carefully review your order before submission. Modifications can be made within the initial 12 hours for a one-time fee of $79.00. To request modifications, please contact us at service@sexsexdoll.com. After the 12-hour window, modifications cannot be accommodated due to the initiation of the manufacturing process.
